Mi Local Perks, pronounced "my local perks" and short for Michigan Local Perks assists small to medium sized businesses in the areas of:

• Improving customer satisfaction.
• Increasing customer referrals.
• Improving sales.
• Implementing customer loyalty programs.

Mi Local Perks is member of the Downriver and Detroit Business Association (www.dadba.org) and the Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber (www.swcrc.com).

Our team is lead by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Customer Service Consultant, Nova Yeoman.  She has an extensive background in:

• Customer service and quality assurance, which spans almost 20 years;
• Training and development, based on Human Resource Certification earned through the University of Phoenix;
• Corporate and personal coaching, founded on coaching Certifications earned through the Spencer Institute and the Life Coach Institute);
• Writing and copywriting as a published author, penname Olivia Brown.
• Marketing and sales, rooted in over a decade of entrepreneurship and business experience.
